Ways To Avoid Getting A Cold In Flu Season

Say No to Smoking or Drinking. Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol have negative effect on  immune system and will make you more perceptible to cold. To treat stop smoking or drinking for a few days if you feel you could be coming down with a cold.

Refrain from Touching Your Face. Touching your mouth, nose, or eyes could be one of the reasons why you frequently get sick. Certain people have a bad habit of touching their face which can cause germs to spread. By Avoiding touching face you can refrain from catching cold often.

Tidy. Cold germs easily pass from person to person, also  found on non-living objects such as desks, kitchen surfaces, computer keyboards, phones, or other devices. Think of these you use  daily basis that someone else has touched. Take some sanitary wipes or hand sanitizer and make a habit of cleaning off the objects you use.

Refrain from Sharing Food. Sharing food is one of the most widespread way to catch someone else’s cold. For example, if someone coughed or sneezed into their hand, forgot to wash, and then went to grab a handful of chips or candy? Or what if they shook your hand?.
